In a city where jazz rules the night and fame is the ultimate currency, CHICAGO tells a tantalizing tale of passion, murder, greed, betrayal, and redemption through the journey of two fiercely competitive women – aspiring jazz performer, Roxie Hart and former vaudeville / double-murderess, Velma Kelly.

- CHICAGO is recommended for adults.
- Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show.
- Ages 0-14 Not allowed in venue
- Ages 15 Allowed in venue if accompanied by 21+
- Ages 16+ Allowed in venue unaccompanied
- Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
- No flags of any kind including country flags.
- At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock out for up to 10 minutes. Please be seated pre performance start time to avoid auditorium lock outs.
- Strictly no readmission.
- Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted; No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
- Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
- The e-ticket should be kept with you at all times and produced upon request by Arena staff.
- Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
- In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
- Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena.

- No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
- Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from un-authorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.
- No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
