Tickets purchased online at etihadarena.ae, using Yas Concierge, or through official ticketing partners of the event will be sent to the email address you nominated on purchasing. Ensure you download your tickets to your mobile device before coming to the venue as the QR Code will be scanned for entry.

Your ticket’s QR code is a unique security detail that identifies it as belonging to you, the purchaser. Do not share the QR code of your ticket with anyone, especially online, as it may be used to sell your ticket without your knowledge

No. Only the person who purchased the tickets can collect them. They will be asked to show ID and the card they used to pay for the tickets

Most events use flashing images and lighting effects. Strobing effects are not permitted to produce more than four flashes per second. Performance times and support acts can occasionally change without prior notice and due to COVID-19 there will be additional health screening tests at the venue. Your temperature will be taken as you enter the venue and you may need to go through additional health screening checks, depending on the latest government advice. We recommend that you arrive at the venue at least 90 minutes before the performance starts in order to complete the checks and find your seat. If your ticket only shows one time, it will refer to the time of venue doors opening

Small personal cameras and phones are permitted into shows at the Arena. We ask that you turn off the flash so as not to distract the performers or other guests. Larger SLR and professional cameras are not permitted into the venue.

A professional camera is anything with a lens of 35 mm or longer. Larger SLR cameras are not permitted inside the venue and any camera that looks similar to an SLR may be refused

Etihad Arena offers a wide range of F&B concessions. There is no seating at concession outlets. However, for your convenience you can take your food and drink to your seats inside the auditorium.

Alcohol is available in designated outlets throughout the Arena and will only be served to those who present a valid original ID identifying patrons as being of legal drinking age. Alcohol will not be served to minors or guests in National Dress.

No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.

Floor seating is spread over the flat floor area and is not tiered. Floor seating is generally the closest to the stage

Depending on the event, there may be seats with an obstructed view. Any restricted view seats will be clearly indicated before ticket purchase

Many shows encourage dancing and singing from your seat. We encourage you to enjoy your time at the Arena but please be mindful and respectful of others around you.

We do not recommend bringing very small children to concerts or events that do not cater for families. Please check the age restriction for the event you wish to attend before purchasing tickets

No animals or pets are permitted inside the venue.

For most events, large flags, drapes or banners are not permitted. Any items that display inflammatory or offensive wording/slogans are prohibited

By entering the Arena, you agree to a personal search. Bags, purses, strollers, food and drink, professional cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the venue. Members of staff are at liberty to confiscate any item considered dangerous or prohibited. Other prohibited items include, but are not limited to, glass, tools, fireworks, darts, scissors, blades, knives, swords, stun guns, gas defence sprays, firearms, air horns, alcohol, drugs, narcotics and any other items that may be deemed illegal, unsafe and/or a danger to other patrons

Prohibited activities include gathering in large groups, loitering on the premises of the Arena, shouting, swearing, or any other actions that could be unsettling to a member of the public. The removal of clothing, sexually overt or indecent behavior, urinating in public, riding of scooters, cycles, skates or skateboards, running, climbing or sitting on any escalator, barrier, fence or bollard, or any other behaviour which could be considered a danger, nuisance or annoyance to other persons, is prohibited. Etihad Arena is a no smoking venue.

Cans and glass bottles are not permitted in the Arena seating area for health and safety reasons.

All Arena guests will be subject to a security search. Please do not arrive carrying any restricted items. You will also have your temperature taken on entry to the Arena, and there may be other health screening for COVID-19, depending on government advice at the time of the event.

No bags, purses or strollers are permitted at the Arena. Phones and cameras from your pockets need to be placed in the tray provided. Our team will be on hand to assist if needed

The security check should be quick and easy however you will need to allow extra time currently for health screening due to COVID-19 precautions. Please allow sufficient time to get through security and into the Arena to find your seats and get comfortable for the event.

For the safety of all guests, security search is a condition of entry and guests will only be permitted entry after they have been searched.

No bags or purses of any size are allowed into Etihad Arena

Professional photography, audio or video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Arena.

Food and beverage purchased from outside of the Arena is NOT permitted inside Etihad Arena. A wide selection is available for purchase inside the venue.
